Bayan haka:
Ya ku Musulmai
Ku ji tsoron Allah; saboda tsoronsa shine
daukaka a duniya, kuma samun tsira a lahira,
Kuma mutum ana ambatonsa, da ababe masu kyau,
a bayan mutuwarsa,
Sai ka daukaka ginin ambatonka, ta hanyar
aikata kyakkyawa
والمرأُ يُذكَرُ بالجمائل بعدَه ### فارفعْ لذكرك بالجميل بناءَ
Kuma lallai,
ka sani, za a sake ambatonka, a karo na-gaba
Sai ace, Wane
ya kyauta, ko ace, Wane, ya munana
واعلم بأنك سوف تُذكَر مرةً ### فيقال: أحسَنَ، أو يقال: أساءَ
Sai ka yi dabaibayi –Ya kai bawan Allah- ga
harshenka, idan ba wa'azi zai yi, ko hikima zai furta, ko nasiha gamammiya, ko
kalma daddada ba.
YA KU MUSULMAI!
Hakika shari'ar Allah ta zo da akidar
tsakaitawa, da saukakawa, da sassautawa, da bada sauki, da fadadawa, da
rangwame, da dauke kunci ga Mutane da Aljani. Allah Ta'alah ya ce: "ALLAHU KUMA, BAI
SANYA MUKU KUNCI, A CIKIN ADDINI BA" [Hajj: 87].
Kuma Allah Madaukaki ya ce: "ALLAH YANA NUFIN YA
YI SAUKI AKANKU, KUMA AN HALITTA MUTUM YANA MAI RAUNI" [Nisa'i:
77]. Wato, ya muku rangwame cikin shari'oinsa, da umarce-umarcensa, da haninsa,
da cikin abinda ke kaddara muku. "KUMA AN HALITTA MUTUM YANA MAI RAUNI", Wannan
ya sanya, sassautawar ta dace da shi, saboda rauninsa, a karan-kansa, da raunin
azamarsa da himmarsa.
Kuma
an ruwaito daga Abu-hurairah –رضي
الله عنه- daga Annabi –صلى الله عليه وسلم-, yana cewa: "Lallai addini
yana da sauki, kuma babu mai tsanantawa a lamarin addini, face ya gallabe shi,
Sai ku kwatanta daidai; ku kokarta, kuma albishirinku, kuma ku nemi taimako da
ibadar safiya, da ta maraice, da wata a cikin duhun dare".
Kuma Manzon Allah –صلى الله عليه وسلم- ya ce: "Lallai ku,
al'umma ce, da aka nufe ta da sauki". A cikin wata riwayar kuma:
"Lallai mafi alherin addininku shine mafi saukinsa".
Ahmad ya ruwaito su.
Kuma an ruwaito daga Anas bn Malik –رضي الله عنه- ya ce: Manzon
Allah –صلى الله عليه وسلم- ya
ce: "Ku sassauta; kada ku tsananta, kuma ku natsu, kada ku kore mutane",
Bukhariy da Muslim suka ruwaito.
Kuma ya zo cikin abinda Bukhariy da Muslim
suka ruwaito, Lallai Manzon Allah –صلى الله عليه وسلم- ya ce, wa Mu'azu
da Abu-Musa –رضي
الله عنهما-, a lokacin da ya aike su, garin Yaman:
"Ku yi, albishir; kada ku kore mutane, kuma ku saukaka; kada ku
tsananta, ku hada kai; kada ku yi sabani".
Kuma ya zo, a littatafan sunan da masanid,
lallai Manzon Allah –صلى
الله عليه وسلم- ya ce: "An turo ni da
mikakken addini, mai sauki".
Yana daga ka'idodin shari'armu, Saukakawa
Cikin dukkan lamarin da tsanani ya shiga
cikinsa
ومن قواعد شرعنا التيسير
### في كل أمر نابه تعسير
Ba manufar saukakawa a cikin addini,
ita ce, nemo, ko bibiyar saukakawar mazhabobin fikihu, da na zantukan maluma,

cikinsu, kamar ga ma'abuta uzurori; misalign maras lafiya, da matafiyi, da karamin
yaro, da wanin haka, na daga rangwantawa da saukakawa, a cikin farillai da
wajibai; domin an ruwaito daga Abu-Hamza, ya ce: Na tambayi Abdullahi bn Abbas
–رضي الله عنه- kan azumi a halin
tafiya, sai ya ce: "Sauki da wahala, sai ka yi riko da saukakawar Allah".
Kuma an ruwaito daga Katadah, dangane da fadin
Allah Ta'alah: -Allah yana nufin ya saukaka muku, baya nufin tsanani a gare ku- [Bakara:
185]. Sai ku yi nufi wa kanku, irin abinda Allah ya nufe ku da shi".
Kuma an ruwaito daga Ya'alah bn Umayyah, ya
ce: Nace: wa Umar bn Alkhaddab: FadinSa: -Babu kunci akanku, ku yi kasarun
sallah, idan kuka ji tsoron Kafirai za su fitine ku- [Nisa'i: 101] To, yanzu mutane suna cikin aminci (me
yasa ake yin kasaru)? Sai ya ce, Nima nayi irin mamakin da ka yi, Sai na
tambayi Manzon Allah –صلى الله
عليه وسلم- akan haka, Sai ya ce: Sadaka ce, Allah ya ku, sai ku karbi
sadakar Allah", Muslim ya ruwaito.
Wadannan ma'anoni ne masu girma, masu kyau,
tabbatattu, a cikin shari'a, wanda basu nufin (mutum) ya kagi karya ya jingina
wa Allah, ko mai fatawa ya riki tsakaitawar shari'a (الوسطية) da saukinta a
matsayin abin dogaro, wajen yin zance akan shari'ar ba tare da ilimi ba, ko
bada fatawa da abinda ya dace da son zuciya, ko bibiyar fatawowin masu
rangwantawa, ba tare da hujjojin addini ba.
Azzahabiy –رحمه الله- ya ce: "Duk wanda ya harhada
saukakawan mazhabobi, da kura-kuran da malamai mujtahidai suka auka, to
addininsa, ya sakwarkwace".
Kuma Ibnu-Hazmin –رحمه الله- ya ce: "Akwai mutanen da
sakwarkwacewan addini, da karancin tsoron Allah a wurinsu, suka kwashe su zuwa ga
tattaro ko bin duk abinda ya dace da son zukatansu, daga zantukan masu magana; wadannan
suna dauko ko yin aiki ne da duk abinda suka samu na sassautawar maluma, kuma basu
neman abinda nassi daga Allah Ta'alah, da ManzonSa –صلى الله عليه وسلم- suka hukunta".
Kuma Imam Ahmad ya ce: "Da mutum zai yi
aiki da kowace maganar rangwantawan, da ya samu, to da ya zama fasiki".
An ruwaito daga Alhasan, ya ce: "Na rantse da
wanda babu abin bautawa da gaskiya face Shi, Sunnah tana tsakanin mai wuce
iyaka da mai gajartawa; sai ku yi hakurin riko da ita –Allah ya muku rahama-,
domin Ahlus-Sunnah sun kasance sune mafi karanci a baya, Kuma sune suka fi
karanci cikin abinda zai zo. Kuma sune wadanda basu tafi tare da masu folewa
cikin folewarsu ba, kuma basu tafi tare da 'yan bidi'a cikin bidi'arsu ba, sai
suka hakurtar da kansu akan sunnah, har zuwa haduwa da Ubangijinsu, To, kuma ku
kasance kamar haka –Insha Allahu-".
Kuma Aliyu –رضي الله عنه- ya ce: "Lallai malami na
hakika, shine wanda baya sanya mutane debe tsammanin rahamar Ubangijinsu, kuma
baya sanya su amintuwa daga azabar Allah, kuma baya musu rangwame cikin sabon
Allah, kuma baya kyale Kur'ani zuwa ga waninsa. Kuma babu alheri cikin ibadar
da babu ilimi a cikinta, kuma babu alheri cikin ilimin da babu zurfin fahimta
tare da shi".
Yana
daga IBTALA'I, Yadda wasu mutane ke gaggawar kakkafa kayukansu a
matsayin masu bada fatawa, alhalin dayansu a tsakanin maluma, bako ne, wanda ba
a sanshi da ilimi ba, domin bashi da wani makami ko rabo na ilimin da zai yi fatawa.
Abinda ke kara rudar da irin wadannan shine, tambayoyin
da jahilai ke gabatar musu, da kuma yadda wadanda suka gaza su a jahilci ke gaggawan
zuwa daukar fatawarsu.
Imamu Malik –رحمه الله- yana cewa: "Wani mutum ya bani
labari, cewa lallai shi, ya shiga wurin Rabiy'ah bn Abdurrahman, sai ya same
shi yana yin kuka, sai ya ce masa: Me ya sanya ka kuka? Wata musiba ce, ta
sauko maka? Sai ya ce: A'a, saboda an yi fatawa ga wadanda basu da ilimi, kuma
lamari mai girma ya bayyana a cikin musulunci. Sai kuma ya ce: Lallai sashen
wadanda suke yin fatawa a nan, sune suka fi cancantar zaman gidan kurkuku, fiye
da barayi".
Kuma
duk lokacin da, mutanen da suka jahilci manufofin shari'a, wadanda basu fahimci
yadda ake samo hukunce-hukuncenta ba, masu kiri-fadi kan ma'anoninta da zato, masu
kutse a cikin ilimi; wadanda basu samu tabbatuwa cikin ilima ba, masu kutsawa
ga mazatar cakudar mas'aloli ba tare da sun mallaki abin tantancewa ba, masu
tsunduma ga aikin fatawa, ba tare da ilimi ko tanadi ko shiri ba, = to sai a
canja addini a karkatar da shi a jirkita shi, kuma sai a ketare iyakar shari'a
kuma a mata rauni, daga nan sai a yada bakin fatawoyi cikin al'umma, da
yasassun maganganu, wadanda suke fitowa daga mutanen da basu da gogewa wadanda
suke rushe musulunci, suke kawo masa koma-baya, suke kawo balbalin bala'i da
fitina, Sai kuma a fitini masu raunin hankula da ilimi da addini, sai gaskiya
ta bayyana cikin rigar barna, barna kuma a rigar gaskiya.
Kuma yana daga kiren karya ga Allah, ko yin
karya ga shari'arsa da bayinsa, abinda wadanda suke neman samun ababen duniya
na gaggawa, kuma mai gushewa, suke aikata shi na saurin bada fatawa ba tare da
ilimi ba, da laka wa Allah Ta'alah magana ba tare da hujja ba, da bada fatawa
gwargwadon sha'awa, da bada amsar wata fatawar ga wata fatawar, da riko da
maganganun masu sassauci masu saba wa dalili ingantacce, da nemo bakin
maganganu (شواذ) fandararru,
wadanda madogararsu dalilai ne da aka soke aiki da su, ko masu rauni, Wadanda
barnar da ke cikinsu masu yawa, da tasirinsu mummuna masu girma, ga musulunci
da ma'abutansa, basu buya ga wanda ke da basira koda karama ce, irin maganganun
da babu mai fadinsu, sai wanda ya wofintar da zuciyarsa daga girmama Allah da
tsoronsa, wanda aka rayar da zuciyarsa da son duniya, da neman samun gindin
zama da kusanci ga wasu halittun, ba Mahalicci ba.
Wani daga cikin magabata yana cewa: "Mutumin da yafi
dukkan mutane tabewa shine wanda ya sayar da lahirarsa da duniyarsa, wanda kuma
yafi shi tabewa shine wanda ya sayar da lahirarsa da duniyar waninsa".
Ku saurara!
Irin wadannan mutanen, su rika tuna ranar tunzuri
da faduwa, wanda gabbai da bangarorin jiki a cikinsa ke bada shaida, sai a
bayyanar da abinda ke cikin kiraza, a kuma tone abinda ke cikin kaburbura, To a
wannan yinin ne, masu yaudara za su san cewa lallai su suna yaudarar kayukansu
ne, kuma sun yi wasa ne, da addininsu, "Kuma ba ga kowa suke makirci ba,
face ga rayukansu, saidai basu san da haka ba" [An'am: 123].
"Domin su dauki dakon zunubansu cikakku, a
ranar kiyama, da kuma zunuban wadanda suka batar da su, ba tare da ilimi ba,
Kuma abinda suke dauka na zunubai ya munana" [Nahl: 25].
Mutane ne, wadanda a babin ilimi karatunsu ya
zama kadan, kuma nazarinsu da bincikensu ya karanta, suke dimuwa, suke bayyanar
da ababen da suke cin karo da shari'a mai haske, kuma suke magana da suna ko yawun
musulunci, suke fadan abinda musuluncin ya barranta daga gare shi.
Kuma Suhnun bn Sa'id –رحمه الله- ya yi gaskiya a
inda yake fadin cewa: "Wanda yafi mutane
gaba-gadin bada fatawa, shine ya fi su karancin ilimi, saboda mutum ya kan iya
babi daya na ilimi, sai ya yi zaton gaskiya dukkanta lallai tana cikin babin"
Ibnu-Wahab
yake cewa: "Naji Malik yana cewa: Gaggawan
bayar da fatawa, nau'i ne na jahilci da wauta".
Kuma Malik –رحمه الله-
ya ce, "Ban fara bayar da fatawa ba, sai da maluma
saba'in suka ban shaidar cewa ni, na cancanci hakan".
Kuma
Abdurrahman bn Mahdiy yace: "Mun kasance, a
wurin imam Malik, sai wani mutum ya zo masa, ya ce, Ya Abu-Abdillahi! Na zo
wurinka daga kimanin tafiyar watanni shida, kuma mutanen garina sun dora min
alhakin na maka wasu tambayoyi , Sai mutumin ya masa wata tambaya, sai Malik ya
ce: BAN SAN AMSARTA BA, Sai mutumin ya dimauta! Sannan ya ce, me zan fada wa
mutanen garina, idan na koma wurinsu? Sai ya ce, ka ce musu: Malik ya ce: BAN
SAN AMSAR BA".
Marwaziy ya
ce: "Na ji Abu-Abdillahi yana cewa: Lallai mutum ya
ji tsoron Allah, kuma ya yi dubi kan abinda yake fadi da abinda yake magana da
shi, saboda lallai za a masa tambaya".
Wani daga
cikin magabata ya ce: "Dayanku ya ji tsoron
ya rika cewa: Allah ya halatta kaza, ko ya haramta kaza, domin kada Allah ya
ce: Ka yi karya, ban halatta kaza ba, ban haramta kaza ba".
Allah Ta'alah
ya ce: "Kuma kada ku ce, domin abinda harsunanku ke
siffantawa da karya, wannan halas ne, kuma wannan haramun ne, domin ku kirkira
karya ga Allah, lallai ne wadanda suke kirkira karya ga Allah ba za su ci
nasara ba * Jin dadi ne kadan, kuma suna da wata azaba mai radadi" [Nahl: 116-117].
Kuma Allah
Ta'alah ya ce: "Ka ce abin sani kawai,
Ubangijina ya hana abubuwan alfasha; na bayyane daga cikinsu, da wanda ya buya,
da zunubi, da zalunci, ba da wani hakki ba, kuma ya haramta ku yi shirki da
Allah, ga abinda bai saukar da wani dalili ba gare shi, kuma ya haramta ku fadi
abinda baku sani ba gare shi"
[A'araf: 33].
Ina fadan abinda kuke ji, kuma ina neman
gafarar Allah, sai ku nemi gafararSa; lallai shi ya kasance ga masu mayar da
lamari gare shi, Mai yawan gafara ne.
HUDUBA TA BIYU
Ya
ku musulmai
Addinin
Allah tsakaitawa ne, tsakanin wanda ke ketare iyaka a cikinsa, da mai
gajartawa.
Kuma da guluwwi,
da jafa'i, da sakaci da wuce iyaka, cutuka ne guda biyu masu matukar
muni, kuma turbobi ne karkatattu, kuma hanyoyi ne na bata, kuma binsu ficewa ne
daga mikakken addini, da shiriya mai girma, da tafarki mikakke.
Sai ku
kiyayi aukawa cikin guluwwi da jafa'i, kuma ku kiyayi bin wadancan hanyoyin, ko
bin soye-soyen zukata.
Allah
Mabuwayi cikin daukakansa ya ce: "Kuma lallai wannan tafarkina ne mikakke,
sai ku bi shi, kuma kada ku bi wasu hanyoyin da za su raba ku daga bin hanyata" [An'am:
153].
An
ruwaito daga Abdullahi bn Mas'ud – ya ce: "Manzon Allah –صلى الله عليه وسلم- ya yi mana zane,
sa'annan ya ce, Wannan shine tafarkin Allah, sa'annan sai ya zana wasu zanen ta
dama da hagunsa, sa'annan ya ce, Wadannan kuma hanyoyin bata ne mabanbanta,
kuma akan kowanne daga cikinsu akwai shedanin da ke kiran halittu zuwa gare ta,
sa'annan sai ya karanta: KUMA LALLAI WANNAN TAFARKINA NE MIKAKKE, SAI KU BI
SHI, KUMA KADA KU BI WASU HANYOYI DA ZA SU RABA KU DAGA BIN HANYATA",
Ahmad da Tirmiziy da Ibnu Majah.
Kuma
wani mutum ya tambayi Abdullahi bn Mas'ud –رضي الله عنه- cewa: Menene tafarki madaidaici? Sai ya
ce: Annabi
Muhammadu –صلى الله عليه وسلم- ya rasu;
ya barmu a karshen doronsa, kuma gefensa dayan yana cikin Aljannah, kuma ta
dama da shi akwai dokin ingarma, ta hagu akwai ingarma, sai kuma wasu mazaje da
suke yin da'awah ga wanda ya shige ta wurinsu, kuma duk wanda ya dauka daga wadannan
dawakin, sai su kai shi ga wuta, wanda kuma ya yi riko da doron wannan tafarkin
sai ya kai shi ga shiga Aljannah. Sa'annan sai Abdullahi bn Mas'ud
ya karanta ayar da ta gabata.
Kuma
an ruwaito daga Annawwas bn Sam'ana --, daga Manzon Allah –صلى الله عليه وسلم- ya ce: "Allah ya buga
misali ga TAFARKI MADAIDAICI, kuma ta gefen wannan tafarkin biyu akwai katangu,
wanda a jikinsu akwai kofofin da aka bubbude, a jikin kofofin kuma akwai
labulan da aka shumfudo su, a bakin kofar wannan tafarkin akwai mai yin da'awa
yana kira, cewa: Ya ku mutane, ku shiga wannan tafarkin gabadaya, kada ku
karkace, akwai wani mai da'awar kuma a saman wannan tafarkin shima yana kira,
kuma idan wani ya nemi ya bude wani abu na wadancan kofofin, sai ya ce,
Kaitonka, kada ka bude wannan kofar, domin idan ka bude to za ka kutsa cikinsa.
WANNAN TAFARKIN SHINE MUSULUNCI. Su kuma KATANGUN DOKOKIN ALLAH, KOFOFIN DA AKA
BUBBUDE KUMA ABABEN DA ALLAH YA HARAMTA, MAI YIN DA'AWA KUMA TA KAN TAFARKIN
SHINE LITTAFIN ALLAH, Shi kuma MAI YIN KIRA TA SAMAN TAFARKIN SHINE MAI WA'AZI
GA ALLAH DA KE CIKIN ZUCIYAR KOWANE MUSULMI".
An
ruwaito daga Abu-Sa'alabah Alkhushaniy –رضي الله عنه-, daga Manzon Allah –صلى الله عليه وسلم-, lallai ya ce:
"Lallai ne Allah ya farlanta farillai, kada ku tozarta su, kuma ya
kafa iyakoki; kada ku ketare su, kuma ya haramta abubuwa; kada ku kekketa
alfarmarsu, kuma ya yi shiru kan wasu abubuwa domin rahama a gare ku; ba domin
mantuwa ba; to kada ku nemi binciko su", Addarakudniy ya ruwaito
shi, kuma Annawawiy ya ce, hadisi ne hasan.
Sai
ku yi salati da sallama, ga Muhammadu Mai shiryarwa, Mai ceton mutane gaba
daya,
Saboda idan ka yi masa salati guda daya, to sai
Allah ya maka salati guda goma da shi
