Yabo ya tabbata ga Allah wanda cikin
ni'imominsa kyawawan abubuwa suke cika. Kuma ina shaidawa babu abin bautawa da
gaskiya sai Allah, shi kaxai yake bashi da abokin tarayya, Ubangijin qassai da
sammai, kuma ina shaidawa lallai
annabinmu Muhammadu bawansa ne kuma manzonsa ne, fiyayyen dukkan halittu, Ya
Allah ka yi salati da sallama da albarka a gare shi, da iyalansa da sahabbansa,
ma'abota biyayya da kuma aikin kusanci.
Bayanbhaka;
Ya ku musulmai…
Ku kiyaye dokokin Allah iyakar kiyayewa, kuma
ku yi riqo –a musulunci- da igiya mai qarfi. Kuma ku sani lallai rabauta da
tsira da moriya yana nan ne cikin biyayya wa Mahalicci.
Ya ku taron musulmai
Muna godiya wa Allah akan baiwar da yayi na kammalawar aikin hajji wa mahajjata, da kuma datarwar da yayi wa salihan
bayi na raya yini goman (10 zulhijjah) da nau'ukan bauta mabanbanta, Wannan kuma yana daga falalar Allah da
datarwarSa, Yabo nasa ne, kuma godiya itama tasa
ce, Muna kuma roqonsa dacewa, da
karvar aiyuka.
Mahajjata xakin Allah mai alfarma…
Taya ku murnar kammala aikin hajji, Allah ya
karva muku, kuma ya kiyaye ku, kuma ya mayar da ku zuwa ga iyalanku lafiya a
halin cin riba.
Yanzu kuma ga ku nan kun iso Madinar Manzon
Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) Allah ta'alah ya
faranta muku, kuma marabanku lale da zuwa, zamanku a wannan gari Allah yasa
yayi daxi, kuma ya girmama rabonku a cikin dare da yini.
Lallai hajji da kwanakin nan guda goma, da
abinda ke cikinsu na aiyuka kyawawa; waxanda mahajjata suka cike su da aiyukan
bauta, Haka waxanda aka datar da su daga cikin
sauran mutane wajen aikata dangogin aiyukan biyayya, = lallai ni'ima ne
mai girma, wacce take hukunta qarin godiya wa Allah mabuwayi da xaukaka, irin
godiyar da yake farlanta wa bawa dawwama kan aiyukan taqawa, tare da juriya kan
yi masa xa'a, da tsere kan aikata aiuykan alkhairi da shiriya, da tabbatuwa
akan tauhidin Allah (سبحانه), da bin sunnar ManzonSa zavavve.
An tambayi ALHASANUL BASARIY cewa:
Menene "hajji mabrur?" Yace:
"Shine: Ka dawo, kana mai guje wa
DUNIYA, kana mai kwaxayin LAHIRA".
Kuma Ibnu-rajab ya ambaci qissar wani
mutum cewa bayan yayi hajji sai ransa ta kira shi zuwa ga sava wa Allah, Sai
yaji wani sauti daga sama yana cewa:
"Ya kai wannan mutum, shin baka
yi hajji ba ne?".
Lallai
bayi abinda yake wajibi akansu shine: Tsayuwa kan miqaqqiyar hanya, da yin
aikin xa'ar mahalicci mai girma, a cikin kowani lokaci da zamani,
"Kuma ka tsayu kamar yadda aka umurce
ka, da wanda ya tuba tare da kai, kuma kada kuyi xagawa, Lallai shi akan abinda
kuke aikatawa mai gani ne" [Hudu: ].
"Kuma ku daidaita zuwa gare shi, ku
nemi gafararSa" [Shura: ].
Don haka; Musulmi rayuwarsa gabaxayanta wajibi
ne ta zama lokaci ne na yin dangogin xa'a, da kuma saurin neman samun yardar
Ubangijin qassai da sammai,
"Lallai sallata da yanke-yankena, da
rayuwata da mutuwata ga Allah ne, Ubangijin talikai **
Bashi da abokin tarayya. Da haka aka umurce ni, Kuma nine farkon
musulmai" [An'aam: ]. Kuma
Allah (سبحانه) yana cewa:
"Kuma ka bautawa Ubangijinka har sai
mutuwa ta zo maka" [Hijir: ].
Kuma ya zo cikin faxakarwar Annabi wanda duk
mutumin da yayi riqo da su zai tsira kuma ya rabauta, Ya zo cewa lallai wani mutum yazo wajen
Annabi (صلى الله عليه وسلم) sai yace:
"Ya ma'aikin Allah ka gaya min
wata Magana a cikin musulunci wacce ba zan tambayi wani akansa ba a bayanka?
Sai yace: Ka ce: Nayi imani da Allah, sannan ka tsayu".
Ya
ku 'yan'uwa musulmai…
Lallai babbar manufa daga cikin manufofin
aikin hajji itace: Tarbiyyar zukata akan babbar manufa, da kuma qara tabbatar
da itako jaddada ta a cikin zukata, Wanda kuma shine tabbatar da tauhidi ga
Allah mabuwayi da xaukaka, Wannan kuma saboda musulmi ya zama mai kaxaita Allah
a zahirance da a voye, a cikin zance da aiki da halayya, ta yadda (musulmi) ba
zai karaya ba, ba zai qasqantar da kansa ba sai ga Allah, haka nan ba zai
bayyanar da qasqancinsa ko miqa wuya ba sai ga Allah wanda sha'aninSa ya
xaukaka.
Ibadar aikin hajji makaranta ce, wacce take
rayar da zuciya, da kuma gavvai da kaxaita Allah (سبحانه) da
bauta, ta fiskar jin tsoronsa da girmama shi, da kwar-jini, da roqo, da soyayya
da fata, tawakkali da dogara, mayar da lamari da sallamawa, Tauhidi tatacce da
yake fitar da zukata daga "wahami ko tatsuniya", sannan su xage
rayuka daga matsalar qasqanta ga kowani halitta.
Kuma aikin hajji shine mafi girman darasin da
yake tarbiyyantar da mutane kan girmama mahalicci, da tabbatar da cikakken
qasqanci a gare shi, da soyayya cikakkiya, domin bawa ya kuvuta daga tushen
shirka da hanyoyin da suke kaiwa zuwa gare shi, da kuma sabbubansa, Allah
ta'alah ya ambata a tsakiyan ayoyin da suke bayanin hukunce-hukuncen aikin hajji:
"Kuma wanda yayi shirka wa Allah, to
kamar ya faxo ne daga sama, sai tsuntsu ya wafce shi, ko kuma iska ta gangarar
da shi a wuri mai nisa"[Hajji: ].
Shi mai tauhidi mumini baya neman taimako a
lokacin tsanani sai daga Allah, kuma a
lokacin qunci baya neman mafaka sai zuwa ga Allah; wannan kuma saboda yaqinin da yake da
shi cewa: Babu mai tunkuxe cuta, ko ya jawo wani amfani idan ba wanda
sha'aninsa ya xaukaka ba, Allah ta'alah yana cewa:
"Kuma wanene ya ke amsawa mabuqaci
idan ya roqe shi, kuma ya ke yaye mummuna, yake sanya ku, ku zama masu mayewa a
bayan qasa, Akwai wani abin bautan ne,
tare da Allah? Kaxan ne kuke wa'aztuwa" [?????].
Kuma
yana cikin shirka mai girma: Roqon wanin Allah; kamar neman agajin matattu, da
kuma rataya zuciya da waliyyai da salihai, da roqonsu, da yin bakance a gare
su, ko kuma yin bauta a gare su ta hanyar yin xawafi a qabarinsu, ko kuma
qudurce cewa sun san gaibu, ko suna iya yaye cuta,ko jawo amfani, daga cikin
dangogin da babu wanda ke iya mallakarsu sai mahalicci mai iko.
Kuma
yana daga cikin babban shirka: Gaskata masu sihiri da qulunboto, da bokaye da
masu ilimin taurari. Allah ta'alah yana cewa:
"Kuma idan Allah ya shafe ka da wata
to babu mai yayewa masa sai shi. Idan kuma ya shafe ka da wani alkhairi to
lallai shi mai iko ne akan komai" [An'aam: ].
Kuma Manzon Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) yana cewa:
"Duk wanda ya mutu alhalin yana
roqon wata kishiya koma bayan Allah to ya shiga wuta",
Bukhariy ya ruwaito shi.
Ya
ku taron musulmai…
Lallai ya
yi matuqar raxaxi ga kowani musulmi hatsarin da turarreniya da turmutsutsi ya
jawo shi a yankin Minah, Saidai kuma muna yin godiya wa Allah akan hukuncnsa da
qaddararsa. Kuma muna roqon Allah da cewa yayi gafara ga waxanda suka rasu daga
cikinsu, ya sanya su daga sahun shahidai a wurinSa, domin ya qaddara yin shahada a gare su, kuma
duk wanda ya mutu akan wani abu to za a tayar da shi akansa, kuma muna roqon Allah
da ya kyautata haqurin iyalansu da makusantansu, ya kuma yi musu canjin
alkhairi, ya kyautata ladanSa a gare su. Sannan ya gaggauta warakar majinyata
daga cikinsu.
Kuma hidimar haramin Makkah da Madina guda
biyu –Allah yayi masa sakayyar alkhairi- ya baiwa wannan lamari matuqar
kulawarsa, kuma yayi umurnin cewa a yi binceke na adalci, domin sanin idan
akwai wani sababi, domin kuma ayi hisabi ga wanda yayi sakaci, a kuma yi uquba
ga wanda ya sabbaba hakan; idan akwai wanda ya zama musabbabin.
Kuma wannan abinda ya bijiro, ko ya auku, ba
zai tava gurvata irin manya-manyan qoqari, da aiyuka masu girma, da hidimomi mabanbanta
masu yawa da girma; waxanda hukumar mai hidimar harami guda biyu take aiwatar
da su, don su zama hidima ga mahajjata da masu umrah ba. Kai, da aiki tuquru
don gabatar da dukkan abinda zai iya yiwuwa, cikin aiyuka mabanbanta, da suke
raya masallatan harami guda biyu, da sauran wuraren ibada masu tsarki (Minah,
Arfah, da Muzdalifah), waxanda a tarihi ba a tava ganin irin waxannan aiyukan
ba.
Kuma
mai hidiman maramai guda biyu, da mutane biyu da suke na'ibtarsa sune da
karan-kansu suke kula da dukkan aiyukan da ake (masu alaqa da haramin Makkah
dana Madina, basa wakilta wassu akan haka), wanda kuma aiyukan saboda yawansu
basu da iyaka, suna kuma yin muraja'ar aiyukan, suna kuma sake bada wassu
qare-qare, cikin duk abinda zai yi wata hidima ga wannan lamari.
Daula
ko kuma qasar Saudia a qarqashin shugabancin mai hidimar haramai guda biyu ta
kan shugabanci gudanar hajji, da aiyukan umrah a lokuta mabanbanta a tsawon
kwanakin shekara, da dukkan kwarewa ko iko (babu gazawa), kuma waqi'in da ake
ji, da gani yana yin shaida akan haka, kuma babu mai yin musun hakan sai wanda
aka shafe basirarsa, daga cikin waxanda suka sanya qulli a zukatansu, da masu
yin hassada kan wannan ni'imar; wacce Allah yayi baiwarta ga shugabanin wannan
qasar. Kuma lallai kamala (da rashin naqasa) na Allah ne shi kaxai. Saidai kuma
duk wanda yake qoqarin sanya shakka, ko sukan hukumar mai hidimar haramai guda
biyu maxaukaka da cewa wai bata bayyanar da kwaxayinta wajen ganin mahajjata
sun yi akinsu lafiya ba, ko cikin hutu, ko ya tuhume ta da cewa: Wai bata wani
qoqari wajen bunqasa wuraren ibadodi masu tsarki, ko yace: Wai sun gaza wajen
samar da damammakin ka-iya samuwa, na mutane, da dukiya, da aminci, da kayan
aikin zamani dana likitanci, Waxanda kuma miqiyin da zai yi adalci shima ya san
an samar da su, gabanin masoyi adali. Duk wanda ya ke qoqarin sanya shakka
cikin waxannan to lallai mutum ne mai qin gaskiya da girman kai, wanda kuma zai
iya musanta samuwar rana a lokacin tsakiyar yini.
Kuma daga nan (minbarin Manzon Allah saw) muna
Magana da harshen kowani musulmi cewa: Allah yayi maka sakayyar alkhairi ya mai
yin hidima wa harami guda biyu masu daraja, kuma Allah yayi sakayya wa mai
jiran gadonsa, da mai jiran mai jiran gado, kuma Allah ya karva muku, kuma ku
ci gaba da tafiyarku cikin albarkar Allah, kuma Allah ya gwavava ladanku, ya
kuma yi albarka cikin aiyukanku. Kuma maqiyinku ba zai samu komai ba sai asara
da kuma nadama.
Kuma shi wannan godiyan shugaban hajji; wato:
gwamnan yankin Makkah mai karamci, akan aiyukansa waxanda sashinsu ke bin
sashi, da fatan Allah ya kyautata sakayyarsa, sannan ya datar da shi wajen qara
wassu aiyukan.
Haka kuma muna roqon Allah yayi sakayya ga
dukkan vangarorin hukuma waxanda suka hana idanunsu barci, kuma suke hana su,
don yin hidima wa baqin mai rahama (mahajjata), musamman dakarunmu aminai, masu
kula da aminci, akan aiyukansu na yau da kullum na kiyaye aminci da tsaro, da
nitsuwa da kwanciyar hankali.
Da kuma dukkan gwanayen vangaren lafiya,
waxanda suka yi aiki mai kyau, Da fatan
Allah yayi sakayya a gare su da mafi alherin sakamako, yayi musu albarka, ya
kiyaye su, sannan ya jiyar da su daxi a duniya da lahira.
'Yan'uwa musulmai…
Lallai shugabanmu –a lokacin da yake aiki
tukuru don sauke nauyin da ya rataya a wuyansa, wajen tabbatar da maslahohin
hajji masu yawa- tare kuma da yawan masu ziyarar xakin Allah ta fiskar adadi
daga sauran yankunan duniya, to lallai maslahar shari'a ta hukunta a kawo
tsare-tsare, waxanda lalurar tunkuxe varna da sharri take hukunta ayi aiki da
su, wannan kuma sabili da mummunan cunkoso, wanda xinbin adadi ke jawo shi.
Kuma yana daga waxancan tsare-tsaren da zasu
kawo hutu ga mahajjata, don su samu sauqin sauke faralinsu, su kuma aikata
wajibinsu; Kuma yana daga abubuwan da ba za su dace da musulmi ba, yayi wayo wa
waxannan tsarin, ko kuma yayi jifa da su ta bayan Katanga, wai saboda nufin
aikata alkhairi; wanda kuma shine sauke hajjin nafila, kuma lallai manufofin
shari'ar musulunci da qa'idodinta masu gamewa, da tushenta manya-manya suna
wajabta wa musulmi taimakakkeniya kan biyayyar Allah da taqawa, Wanda yana daga
cikin hakan: Bubbuxe damammaki ga mutane masu yawa, daga cikin waxanda basu
tava aikin hajji na farilla ba, yin hakan kuma haqqi ne daga cikin haqqoqin
'yan'uwantakar imani, kuma wajibi ne daga cikin wajiban soyayya ta aqida, Allah
(سبحانه) yana
cewa:
"Lallai muminai 'yan'uwa ne"
[Hujuraat: ].
Kuma Manzon Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) yace:
"'Xayanku ba zai zama mai
cikakken imani ba, har sai ya so wa xan'uwansa abinda yake so wa kansa".
A kan haka; Ba zai dace wassu su xau hanyar sava
wa ijma'in maluman wannan zamanin; wanda ya nuna lalurar iyakance yawan masu
hajji ko umrah, tare da kawo tsare-tsaren da za a iya tabbatar da maslaha da
tunkuxe matsaloli ko varna tare da su. Ta yaya zai dace da musulmi ya sava wa
gangogin umurnin da shugaba ya bayar a cikin lamarin da babu barin wajibi, ko
kuma sava wa umurnin shari'a na wajibi, wanda kuma shugaban ya bada umurninsa
ne, saboda babbar maslahar da duba na musulmai gabaxaya, Kuma ta yaya zai dace da musulmi ya sava wa
shari'a cikin hukunce-hukuncen hajji, kamar barin yin harama daga miqaati; wai saboda ya zo da
hajjin nafila; wanda shari'a bata lazimta masa shi ba, kai, lallai mutumin da
Allah ya san niyyar gaskiya tare da shi, na neman yin nafilar hajji, sai kuma
tsare-tsare ba su bashi damar aiwatar da hakan ba, to falalar Allah tana da
yalwa, kuma zai samu lada da sakayya mai kyau akan niyyar da yayi, Annabi (صلى الله عليه وسلم) yace:
"Lallai a garin Madina akwai
wassu mazaje; baza ku yi wata tafiya ba, kuma ba za ku yanka ta wani kwari ba,
face sun kasance tare da ku, rashin lafiya ne ya katange shu", A
wata riwayar kuma:
"Face sun yi tarayya da ku cikin
lada", Muslim ya ruwaito shi. A cikinhadisin Anas kuma yace:
"Mun dawo daga yaqin tabuka, da
Annabi (صلى الله عليه وسلم) sai yace: Lallai wassu mutanen da muka
barsu a garin Madina, bamu bi wata hanyar da take tsakanin duwatsu ba, ko kuma
wani kwari, face su suna tare da mu, uzuri ne ya riqe su",
Bukhariy ne ya ruwaito shi.
Ibnu-qayyim yace: ((Zancen wanda ya faxa daga
cikin maluman fiqihu cewa: WAI BAYA HALATTA A FIFITA WANI AKAN KAI, A CIKIN
AIYUKAN IBADA, wannan zancen bai inganta ba; saboda A'ishah ta fifita Umar
alfaruq akan kanta, da cewa a bunne shi a xakinta, yana makwabtaka da Annabi –صلى الله عليه وسلم- …. –Har zuwa inda ya ke
cewa:- Shin wannan ba karamci ba ne da kyauta, da kuma fifita wani akan kanta,
ga abinda take matuqar sonsa –wato: bunneta kusa da mijinta da mahaifinta- don
taga ta kwaranye baqin ciki ga xan'uwanta musulmi –Umar-, da kuma girmama
matsayinsa, …-har zuwa faxinsa: Sai
wanda ya fifita waninsa akan kansa ya zama daga cikin waxanda suka yi kasuwanci
da ransu, ta hanyar bayar da wani abu, tare da xaukar ninkin baninkiyansa. Sa'annan sai ya hakaito daga sahabbai cewa su
sahabbai basa ganin cewa hakan makruhi ne.
Sannan yace: kuma littafin Allah da sunnar
Manzon Allah –saw-, da kyawawan halayya basa hana aikata haka)). Maganarsa ta
qare.
A kan wannan, Yaya ga mutumin da ya fifita
hanuwa daga yin aikin hajjin nafila da
nufin yalwatwa waxanda suke son yin hajjin farilla, musamman a wannan zamanin
wanda cunkuso ya kan yi yawa a cikinsu, to a nan fifitawar; lura da maslahar
al'umma ta gabaxaya, wacce ta game dukkan al'umma, kuma za ta sauqaqe mata
sauke wannan farilla na wajibi (shine yafi muhimmanci).
Wanda
aka datar da shi, shine kaxai wanda Allah ya datar da shi.
Ina
faxan wannan maganar, kuma ina neman gafarar Allah wa Ni da Ku da kuma
dukkan musulmai daga kowani zunubi,
ku nemi gafararsa lallai shi mai gafara
ne mai rahama.
HUXUBA TA BIYU
Ina
yin yabo wa Ubangijina kuma ina yi masa godiya, Kuma ina shaidawa babu
abin bautawa da gaskiya sai Allah shi
kaxai yake bashi da abokin tarayya, Kuma
ina shaidawa lallai annabi Muhammadu bawansa ne kuma manzonsa,
Bayan
haka:
Ina yi
muku wasici da taqawar Allah mabuwayi da
xaukaka, saboda duk wanda ya kiyaye dokokinsa sai Allah ya bashi daddaxar
rayuwa, kuma ya kare shi, sannan sai ya ci nasara ya kuma rabauta a duniya da
lahira.
Ya
ku musulmai…
Lallai
bayyanar da qiyayya wa al'ummar musulmai da garrurukansu wani al'amari ne wanda
tsananinsa ya fi qarfin tunani, kuma ba zai yiwu a zance na gaggawa a game Magana
akansa ba, musamman qasar harami guda biyu maxaukaka, lallai ana shirya mata makirce-makirce,
da zaman lafiyanta, daga masu qullin qiyayya a zuci, abinda harshe a irin
wannan wurin ba zai iya siffanta shi ba.
Ya ku

Lallai yana daga cikin
abubuwan da suke gargaxin cewa hatsari na fiskantowa: Irin abinda hanyoyin
sadarwa suke watsawa na bayanai, waxanda basa banbance daidai daga varna, da
kuma gaskiya daga qarya, Bayanai ne
ake tultulowa, tsare-tsare ne da ake tsananta kai hari da su, ga wannan qasa,
da abinda ta mallaka, da shugabanninta da jama'arta. Kuma lallai mai hankali
shine wanda
Addu'a ….
